Tardiness Policy

I truly value your time and our time together. To help ensure a smooth experience for everyone, I’ve put a few gentle reminders in place regarding appointment timing:

1. On-Time Arrivals: I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. If you find that you may be running late, please give me a quick call to let me know.

2. Grace Period: I understand that life can be unpredictable! I offer a grace period of 10 minutes. If you happen to arrive more than 10 minutes late, you must reschedule your appointment so that I can give all my clients the attention they deserve.

3. Rescheduling: Should you arrive after the grace period, I’ll do my best to accommodate you by finding a new appointment time, depending on my availability.

4. Frequent Late Arrivals: If tardiness becomes a pattern, you will be suggested to seek grooming services elsewhere.
